At 8.00 in the morning, meet and greet with your driver guide. Transfer from your hotel in Entebbe or Kampala to Mabamba Swamp.

Birding through the green woodlands to the vast Mabamba Swamp. Along the way, are the Blue-eared Starlings, chocolate Kingfishers and Red-chested Cuckoo. At the Swamp, take the canoe ride to explore winding water ways home for the Black crakes, common Moorhen, the rare Shoe bill and many other bird species.

Transfer to the Entebbe Botanical Gardens in the afternoon. We have lunch on the shores of Lake Victoria. The Botanical Gardens is a great birding area.

The gardens are home to the Ross and Great blue Turaco as well as some monkey species. Transfer to your hotel in Entebbe or Kampala afterwards.
